This category celebrates excellence from a specialist in offsite or modern methods of construction (MMC) within the UK.

To be eligible, the entrant must be an independent specialist with a significant focus on MMC, design for manufacture and assembly (DfMA), the use of offsite methods, or an offsite-focused subsidiary of a larger organisation that files separate accounts at Companies House.

Entrants will be judged on their achievements between January 2025 and April 2026.

Judges will be looking for evidence of:

  • Clear strategy and vision
  • Outstanding outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Teamwork and supply chain collaboration
  • Innovation and process improvement
  • Sustainability and social responsibility
  • Determination to safeguard health, safety and wellbeing
  • Commitment to employee development and training
  • A meaningful approach to diversity and inclusion
  • The judges will give additional credit for exceptional performance that particularly merits recognition, and distinguishes you from your competitors

Required images:

  • Each submission should be supported by two images that best represent the entry.
  • Images should be in landscape, more than 1MB in size, in jpeg/png format and should not be edited to include details of the category or the name/logo of the company entering (or any other annotations).
  • The images will be used on the night and may be used in marketing material.
