Dale Turner is the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain for Skanska UK with nearly 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in the building and infrastructure sectors. He is responsible for sustainable supply chain sourcing and development, leading the UK procurement department and its strategic direction.
He is the Chair of the Industry leading Supply Chain Sustainability School, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), and a regular industry speaker on sustainable procurement.
Francis has substantial experience on ground-breaking schemes both in the UK and internationally (particularly Europe and MENA) and regularly advises on datacentres, Build to Rent, student accommodation, luxury and boutique hotels, sports stadia, universities, skyscrapers, power projects and other infrastructure using a wide range of procurement strategies. He also advises on distressed construction projects and on remediation works, including fire safety matters.
He has particular expertise in Building Information Modelling, sustainable development and renewable energy and sits on the Construction Industry Council's Green Construction Panel. He is Chair of the City of London Law Society's Construction Law Committee. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, he represents that organisation on the Construction Industry Council’s Liability Panel.
He co-authored the Chartered Institute of Building's Complex Projects Contract 2013 and Time and Cost Management Contract 2015 contract suites. For several years, Francis was the editor of Sweet & Maxwell’s Construction and Engineering Precedents, one of the leading collections of precedents for the engineering and construction industry. He is ranked in the leading legal directories.
He is qualified in England, Wales and Ireland.
Jonathan leads the TAYWOOD Engineering Technical Services team, providing temporary works and engineering support to VINCI Construction delegations within the UK, as well as acting as the Taylor Woodrow Designated Individual for temporary works. Jonathan has extensive experience in the delivery of major civils projects and has a keen interest in developing innovative engineering solutions for project success. With 20 years in the industry, Jonathan has experience in a variety of roles, from project delivery to the design of both permanent and temporary works.
