I am an Operations Director for Willmott Dixon Construction, responsible for delivering multiple projects across the Midlands region, and I work with our local Board to manage the Midlands business.  I also lead the Social Value team across the Midlands, ensuring we are leaving a lasting legacy within the communities that we work.

I have worked at Willmott Dixon for the last 15 years, previous roles with the business include leading the HR team and developing our Account Management approach to support our customers throughout their project journey.  Prior to joining the construction industry, I worked in the leisure industry, managing cinemas across the Midlands.

My current projects are spread across West Midlands, Northamptonshire and Luton.  Sectors include education, extra care residential, blue light and leisure.  I am also working with team to deliver Willmott Dixon’s ambitious sustainability strategy, “Now or Never”.
