Andy started his career with Osborne in 1985 as a graduate trainee.
He then held a series of senior roles, including Managing Director of Connaught plc Public Services Division; Chief Executive Officer of one of the largest south west regional law practices and Managing Director of his own company which provided business analysis, solutions and growth skills.
Andy re-joined Osborne in July 2013 as a Board Director and Managing Director of Construction.
He became Chief Executive of Osborne in April 2015.
Andy is focusing on driving Osborne forward as a ‘learning organisation’ whilst working to add value for customers. This means engaging with customers and deeply understanding their needs in order to deliver their outcomes.
Osborne became the first construction business to be awarded the Service Mark by the Institute of customer service.
Andy’s vision for Osborne is to become ‘a vibrant growing business chosen by its customers for its service led solutions’. Andy’s view is that by understanding customer needs/outcomes and providing quality solutions it will build trusted relationship. Osborne will grow as a consequence and achieve their Five Year Plan. This will build a strong foundation for Osborne for the next 50 years.
