Align JV
Pumpkin's Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre

Align JV has supported Pumpkin's Wildlife Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre through building a trusted, respectful and collaborative relationship with the charity and establishing them as an official charity partner, ensuring all company fundraising is channelled to them. As well as encouraging colleagues and leveraging our supply chain to deliver support to community initiatives through donation of resources, materials, volunteers, skills and expertise. An innovative initiative to use a staff reporting mobile app to maximise our fundraising has motivated the workforce and made colleagues feel a deeper connection to their working environment, as well as with communities beyond the construction hoarding.

Notably, they've influenced school curricula and collaborated with organisations like the CSTT using MEMF, with the RICS and universities to enhance the talent pipeline. Progressive Roofing & Cladding
Apprenticeship Scheme

This apprenticeship scheme has been created, from its inception by progressive roofing. As far as we are aware, its the first of its kind in the South of England - potentially the first in the UK. There has been an incredible amount of work creating the apprenticeship, resourcing the specialist skills in drawings and practical delivery, using our supply chain to support the material need. In addition, we are constantly attending careers fairs, schools & employment fairs to recruit potential talent, as well as managing their experience with us.
