Progressive Roofing & Cladding
Apprenticeship Scheme

This apprenticeship scheme has been created, from its inception by progressive roofing. As far as we are aware, its the first of its kind in the South of England - potentially the first in the UK. There has been an incredible amount of work creating the apprenticeship, resourcing the specialist skills in drawings and practical delivery, using our supply chain to support the material need. In addition, we are constantly attending careers fairs, schools & employment fairs to recruit potential talent, as well as managing their experience with us.
